Intake sports Nutrition Consultation

This is your first meeting as a new sports nutrition client. Once you book, you’ll be given an intake form to fill out with your athletic goals. After, you’ll meet Matt and the two of you will go over your form together to develop a program that fits you and your goals. This includes your workout schedule, athletic goals, food preferences, mealtime habits, supplements, lifestyle tips, etc. After the consultation, you will get an email from Matt with two main documents: a personalized nutrition plan and a comprehensive Sports Food Guide that outlines calories and macros. You will also receive any other relevant program documents or links talked about during the consultation. This includes detoxification programs, supplement protocols, etc. You’ll also get free email check-ins with Matt until your next meal plan modification.

Basic Follow-up
Sports nutrition consultation

These are your athletic and nutrition check-ins to keep you on track with your goals. Basic follow-ups provide: -A progress report since your last meeting with Matt. -Modifications to your nutrition plan. This may include changes in daily macros, meal macros, nutrient timing, workout modifications (if applicable), supplement changes, and pre/intra/post-workout nutrition modifications. -After, Matt will send you an outline of all the modifications made with an updated Sports Nutrition Plan to best fit your goals. -These meetings also count as accountability check-ins. This is where you get the most constructive feedback and praise toward your goals from Matt. -Access to texting to further support your progress.

Premium Follow-up
Sports nutrition consultation

These are your athletic and nutrition check-ins to keep you on track with your goals. Premium follow-ups provide: -A progress report since your last meeting with Matt. -Modifications to your nutrition plan. This may include changes in daily macros, meal macros, nutrient timing, workout modifications (if applicable), supplement changes, and pre/intra/post-workout nutrition modifications. -After, Matt will send you an outline of all the modifications made with an updated Sports Nutrition Plan to best fit your goals. -These meetings also count as accountability check-ins. This is where you get the most constructive feedback and praise toward your goals from Matt. -Access to texting to further support your progress. -[PREMIUM] Matt will manually cater to your meal plan for you after every meeting. This provides you with an extremely precise nutrition plan where you don’t have to reference the Food Guide. This is ideal for those who just want to be told what to do.
