This is your first meeting as a new weight loss or chronic indigestion client. Once you book a time slot to meet with Matthew, you will receive an intake form that will ask you a wide variety of questions about your health and your goals. During the virtual meeting, Matthew will go over your form with you, ask you several questions, and teach you about what you need to do to lose weight. After, you will receive a comprehensive weight loss protocol outlining diet, lifestyle, supplements, and other helpful weight loss and digestion techniques.
Meeting duration: 60 to 90 minutes.​

Consultation
After your intake weight loss or digestion consultation, you will find that questions arise while you are on your journey. Matthew is here to answer every question and concern you may have. He will ensure that you are on your best path toward your weight loss goal and will accompany you throughout your whole journey. These consultations go over any necessary diet modifications, healthy lifestyle habits, and optimal supplement use. This is where you’ll get the most praise for success and constructive feedback from Matthew. 30 and 60 minutes consultations are available depending on how much support you need.
Meeting duration: 30 to 60 minutes.​
Price: $50 per 30 minutes.
